You know, here at SkisnTrees, we are about the professionals. The services we provide are aimed at promoting the professional. Helping you build your reputation and/or client base makes us happy. Please let us be happy.
Your commitment would be 1 hour where we chat, and I ask you some questions. Afterwards, I will go back to my hole and create some cool-fun content. You can be as involved or uninvolved in this process as you like. At the end of the day all it costs you is 1 hour of your time and I will buy you beer.
Personally, I have been in the Ski Industry for 8 seasons now, and I have dipped my hand in a variety of cookie jars. I have worked as a ski technician, rental technician, Canadian ski patroller, and sales associate at an outdoor specialty shop where I sold and mounted skis. However, the bulk of my experience comes from teaching skiing. I have been teaching for 8-seasons, 4 of which were in management/supervisory roles. That being said, I am far from the best there there is, which is why I want to work with you!
Aside from my experience in the snow-sports industry, I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Marketing. I also have variety of related certifications that support my marketing knowledge. Both of these equip me with the knowledge and skill-set to build your client base and/or reputation!
SkisNTrees offers a platform for people to promote themselves. Professionals can create content along the following subjects: "Gear Reviews", "How-To Guides", "Tips and Tricks", and "Ski Technique". Your content will then be promoted through our various social media platforms, and optimized through my marketing genius magic.
Essentially, we will make you a small tiny little website for free! Within your Pro-File we can structure and add necessary info given your objectives. We can link to content you've generated, link to your socials, and/or add an email contact form where people can reach out to book your services. It's really up to you and your own professional development goals... we can't define those, but we can support and help. And you get free beer.
Have we mentioned that you get free beer? Well guess what... you do! If you don't like beer I guess that's ok too, I'm sure we can find something else.
SkisNTrees also runs a facebook group where people can share their love of the sport and connect with professionals. The Facebook group will have a general page, but will also have sections divided up ski regions in Canada.
We are always open to collaboration. If you have other ideas about how we can collaborate create content, build your brand, reputation, or client-base. We are all ears!
We are looking to work with a ski instructors, patrollers, guides, or more generally, people who work in the snow sports or winter outdoor recreation industry.
Eventually, we will want to get into the summer sports side of things. However, as of now I am one person and contrary to popular belief, I cannot do everything all at once… so one thing at a time.
I know y’all can get busy, so let’s find a time and location that works well for you!

This is where people can learn more about you, the services you provide, access your social media, and contact you. This is a collaborative effort, so you tell me what you want to see, and I work my magic.
